OUR STORY & APPROACH

Why Right Track Wellbeing Exists

It Started With a Need to Understand

Right Track Wellbeing didn't begin with a business plan.

It began with questions.

For years, I could see what was happening in my life. The overwhelm.

The patterns. The times I kept pushing through, even when something in me was telling me I needed to stop.

What I didn't always understand was why.

Then I'd pull the questions out visually rather than burying

them in a paragraph:

I wanted to understand...

  • Why can we know what we need to do, yet still struggle to do it?

  • Why do our minds and bodies sometimes respond in ways that don't seem to make sense?

  • Why do we repeat patterns, even when we desperately want things to change?

  • Why can experiences continue to influence us long after the moment itself has passed?

Understanding Changed Something

Beginning to find answers didn't change what had happened or erase the difficult parts of my story.

But it gave me something I hadn't realised I was missing:

Context.

Things I had spent years questioning, criticising or trying to change began to make more sense.

And that changed the way I saw myself.

Understanding didn't change my past.
It changed the way I understood myself.

One Question Led to Another

What began with lived experience grew through:

A Deeper Understanding of Mental and Physical Wellbeing.

I began exploring the connections between:

  • Mental wellbeing

  • Movement and exercise

  • Behaviour and patterns

  • The nervous system

  • Our experiences

  • Physical and emotional health

And the more I learned, the more the pieces began to connect.

Right Track Wellbeing grew from a simple belief:

Understanding comes before judgement.
Physical and mental wellbeing belong in the same conversation.
Lived experience can sit alongside professional learning.
Knowledge becomes something practical we can actually use in real life.

Because sometimes moving forward doesn't begin with trying harder or becoming someone different.

Sometimes it begins with finally understanding yourself.

From One Story to Hundreds of Conversations

And that's where we bring in Riding the Trauma Train.

From One Story to

Hundreds of Conversations

As my own understanding grew, so did my curiosity about other people's experiences.

That curiosity became Riding the Trauma Train, a podcast created for honest conversations about trauma, mental health, resilience, recovery

and the experiences that shape us.

Through conversations with people sharing their lived experience, alongside professionals and experts, one thing has become increasingly clear:

There is no single human experience, so there cannot be

a single route to wellbeing.

Different Stories
Real experiences from people who have lived them.

Different Perspectives
Learning from professionals, experts and approaches across wellbeing.

Shared Understanding
Creating conversations that remind us we are often far less alone than we think.

Sometimes understanding ourselves begins by hearing someone

else tell their story.
