3. WELLBEING, NOT MEDICAL TREATMENT
Right Track Wellbeing Ltd provides wellbeing, coaching and educational services.
Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any medical or mental health condition and are not a substitute for advice, diagnosis or treatment from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Participation in coaching or wellbeing services does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client or other clinical relationship.
If you have concerns about your physical or mental health, you should seek appropriate professional advice.
If you believe you or somebody else is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency services.
4. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, wellbeing and participation.

6. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT
Prices and payment requirements will be stated when you book or purchase a service.

Any specific cancellation terms provided when booking a particular programme, event or service will form part of your agreement with us.
Where you book services as a consumer, any statutory cancellation rights available to you under UK consumer law will continue to apply.

This includes materials associated with The TRACK Method™.
Purchasing or attending a service does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.
Materials are provided for your personal use unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
10. CONFIDENTIALITY
We treat information shared during individual coaching and wellbeing services with respect and confidentiality, subject to legal, safeguarding and safety limitations.
Group programmes and workshops may involve participants sharing personal experiences.
We ask all participants to respect the privacy of others. However, because other participants are independent individuals, we cannot guarantee that another participant will maintain confidentiality.
You should therefore only share information within a group environment that you feel comfortable sharing.
11. SAFEGUARDING AND SAFETY
There may be circumstances in which confidentiality cannot reasonably be maintained, including where:
Disclosure is required by law
There is a safeguarding concern
There is a serious and immediate risk of harm
Information must be disclosed to establish, exercise or defend legal rights
Where appropriate and lawful, we will aim to discuss such action with you.
12. WORKPLACE AND ORGANISATIONAL SERVICES
Where an employer or organisation commissions Right Track Wellbeing Ltd to provide a workshop, programme or other service, separate contractual arrangements may apply between Right Track Wellbeing Ltd and that organisation.
Participation in a workplace programme does not normally mean that personal information disclosed by an individual participant will automatically be shared with their employer.
Where anonymised feedback or evaluation information is provided to an organisation, we will aim to avoid identifying individual participants unless there is an appropriate lawful reason for doing so.
13. ACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR
We want our programmes, groups and events to provide a respectful and supportive environment.
We reserve the right to remove or refuse participation to someone whose behaviour is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, unsafe or significantly disruptive.
14. WEBSITE INFORMATION
We take reasonable care to ensure information on our website is accurate, but website content is provided primarily for general information and education.
Information may change and we cannot guarantee that every page will always be completely current or error-free. This includes pages describing services that are still in development and not yet available to book.

Our website or programmes may contain links to or integrate with third-party platforms, websites or services.
We are not responsible for the availability, content or practices of independent third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to applicable law, Right Track Wellbeing Ltd will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses arising from consumer use of our services.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may occasionally need to make reasonable changes to programme content, dates, facilitators, technology or delivery arrangements.
Where a significant change affects a paid service, we will communicate this to affected customers where reasonably possible.
